Role Description
The Junior Architect is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves collaborating with design and construction teams to create visually appealing architectural solutions. Key responsibilities include developing architectural designs, creating detailed plans, managing project timelines, integrating software tools for precision, and ensuring seamless project execution. The Junior Architect will actively participate in client meetings, perform site visits, and contribute to the preparation of design presentations and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong foundation in design principles and spatial planning.
- Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate labour teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in design and architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
- Previous internship or work experience in architectural projects is a plus.
