Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, computer networks, ERP systems, and overall technology operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, system security, vendor management, and technology support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and computer networks.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and smooth functioning of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Handle procurement and inventory management of IT hardware, software, and related equipment.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, backup systems, and security standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their technology requirements.
- Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of technology resources.
- Lead and guide the IT support team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT Management, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Hardware, and Software Management.
- Experience in managing and supporting ERP systems.
- Knowledge of IT security, data backup, disaster recovery, and system administration.
- Experience in vendor management, software licensing, and IT hardware procurement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
