- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and direct recruitment methods.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform reference and background checks as required.
