Job Roles& Responsibilities
1Preparing Invoices (in Tally), order PO confirmation, Newsletter making
2History of monitoring inventory and ordering supplies within a specific timeframe
3Arrangement of dispatch documents, updating customers with dispatch status
4Transportation bill analyzing and payment and communicating with them related to payment
5Arranging Samples to send for customers, making documents required for the samples to be sent.
6Sales Income: updating customers with the payment date and reminding them of payments
7PCE- using companies research and contacting them and giving introduction about company
8Assisting to Marketing Manager in day to day department work
Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
