Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive vehicle sales performance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at Ganesh Cars Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and operational knowledge of the automobile dealership industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor customer inquiries, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalations professionally.
- Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and showroom footfall.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, and service departments.
- Maintain showroom standards, vehicle displays, and branding guidelines.
- Plan promotional activities, local marketing campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Prepare MIS reports and present sales analysis to management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automobile sales/showroom management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of automobile financing, insurance, and dealership operations preferred.
