Sales Executive – HoReCa

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Caterers, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, and Institutional Accounts) segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets for our food ingredients, seasonings, sauces, spreads, and culinary solutions portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers across Pune and surrounding regions.
- Develop business with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, caterers, and institutional accounts.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, and industry contacts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Increase product penetration and customer wallet share.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely order collection and execution.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B managers, and business owners.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular customer visits and follow-up schedules.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Gather market feedback and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging trends within the HoReCa sector.
Collection & Compliance
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and visit reports.
- Adhere to company sales policies and credit guidelines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Food Technology, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration preferred).
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of sales experience in HoReCa, Food Service, FMCG, Food Ingredients, Seasonings, Sauces, Dairy, Bakery, or related industries.
- Existing network within Pune HoReCa market preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-building and customer management capabilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Knowledge of HoReCa distribution channels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.

- Extensive local travel within Pune and nearby territories.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
