Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers for raw materials and packaging materials.
· Source materials like membranes, plastic components, buffers, desiccants, aluminium pouches, cartons, etc., are used in IVD and rapid test card manufacturing.
· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimise cost and efficiency.
· Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure the timely availability of materials.
· Coordinate with QA, Production and Inventory teams to ensure compliance and timely procurement.
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and develop alternate supplier options.
· Ensure all procurement complies with internal SOPs, regulatory standards (like WHO-GMP, CE), and company quality requirements.
· Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and ensure procurement cost savings without compromising quality.
· Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and prepare relevant reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in raw material and packaging material procurement (experience in diagnostics, pharma, or medical devices preferred).
· Sound knowledge of vendor development and sourcing strategies.
· Effective negotiation and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, ERP).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
