Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious and proactive Business Development Interns who are eager to gain real-world experience in sales, client acquisition, and startup operations.
This is a hands-on role where interns will work directly on live projects involving lead generation, outreach campaigns, business research, and growth operations.
The role is ideal for students or freshers interested in startups, sales, marketing, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, Instagram, and online platforms
- Assist with outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Support client acquisition and business growth initiatives
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain organized tracking systems
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Work closely with the operations and growth team on ongoing projects
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good research and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sales, startups, marketing, or business operations
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools
- Basic understanding of sales or outreach
- Experience with Canva, AI tools, or CRM platforms is a plus
