We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically sound Zoho Developer to manage data systems, automate workflows, build reports, and support cross-departmental integration. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, basic programming knowledge, and an understanding of APIs and system integrations. This role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy.
Candidates with a B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (IT), or similar technical background are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Zoho Application Development & Customization
Customize and configure Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho One etc.).
Develop workflows, automation rules, validation rules, and custom functions.
Widgets
Write and manage basic Deluge scripts.
Clientscript
Create and manage user roles, permissions, and modules.
2. Data Management & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain clean and structured data across systems.
Create automated Excel reports and dashboards.
Develop reports and dashboards within Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
Ensure timely and accurate information sharing with stakeholders.
3. API Integration & Technical Support
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using REST APIs.
Handle JSON/XML data formats.
Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues.
Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements and updates.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams.
Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Explain technical processes in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
Provide system training and user support when required.
5. Dashboard & Data Analysis
Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Build dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Excel.
Provide management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
6. Process Automation & Improvement
Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions.
Suggest improvements in data handling and reporting processes.
Assist in testing new system features and updates.
