Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and other approved methods.
- Label and handle specimens accurately.
- Maintain patient records and sample collection logs.
- Ensure proper storage and transportation of collected samples.
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
- Assist patients and answer basic queries regarding sample collection procedures.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing of samples.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sample collection area and equipment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Phlebotomy, DMLT, or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, or laboratory.
- Good knowledge of blood collection techniques and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and courteous behavior with patients.
Salary:
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
