We are looking for proactive Outreach Interns who enjoy networking, communication, and building meaningful professional relationships. Roles & Responsibilities - Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels. - Execute personalized outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships. - Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication. - Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the business development team. - Maintain outreach records and update CRM databases. - Support employer branding and networking initiatives. - Research target companies and industry trends to improve outreach strategies. Requirements - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Confident, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations. - Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication tools is preferred. - Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets. - Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or outreach is a plus but not mandatory.
