Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in structural modeling and coordination using Autodesk Revit. The candidate should have experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects and be capable of producing accurate BIM models and structural documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create structural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings, reinforcement details, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and LOD requirements.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to incorporate design changes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Structural BIM modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure).
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM execution plans (BEP).
- Understanding of RCC and steel structural systems.
- Familiarity with LOD 100–500 and international BIM standards.
- Experience in infrastructure projects (Roads & Bridges) will be an added advantage.
- GCC/UAE project experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience with Dynamo, Tekla Structures, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360 is a plus.
