Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for both The Grand Oak Tree and Stems Pharma.
- Promote hospitality products to hotels, resorts, hospitals, guest houses, and institutional buyers.
- Promote pharmaceutical and dermatology products to dermatologists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, hospitality products, pharmaceuticals, dermatology products, FMCG, healthcare, or institutional sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and business development abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network with hotels, resorts, hospitals, clinics, dermatologists, distributors, or institutional buyers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
