Role Overview:
Looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer with 5—6 years of experience who brings a strong user-first mindset. The ideal candidate should be skilled in UX thinking, problem-solving, and have a basic understanding of modern Al-powered design tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research to final delivery
Understand user needs through research, stakeholder discussions, and data analysis
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Leverage AI design tools (where relevant) to speed up workflows, ideation, and content generation
Advocate for UX best practices and a user-centric approach across the organization
Ensure design consistency through design systems and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5—6 years of experience in UX Design/Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and problem-solving approach
Proficiency in design tools.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
Familiarity with Al- powered design tools (such as generative design, UX writing assistants, or prototyping aids)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices
Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions
