Construction Civil Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to execution. The candidate will supervise site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
Required Skills
- Site execution and supervision
- Reading construction drawings and layouts

- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works

- Time and cost management
Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel

- STAAD Pro (preferred)

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Experience
- 5 to 10+ years depending on role
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Ability to handle site work independently
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel/site relocation if required
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
