Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision:Assign tasks, train new employees, and manage the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Cleanliness and Standards:Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to established standards.
- Inventory Management:Order and maintain supplies, linens, and other essential cleaning items.
- Guest Relations:Respond to guest requests and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness of the facility.
- Scheduling and Planning:Create and manage cleaning schedules, assigning duties to staff effectively.
- Safety and Hygiene:Enforce and comply with safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Quality Control:Inspect work to ensure it meets established standards and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
