A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising marketing activities of an organization to promote services, attract customers, and increase business growth.
Key Responsiblity:
•Developing marketing strategies and promotional plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
•Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
•Planning and executing advertising campaigns through print media, digital marketing, social media, and other promotional channels.
•Managing the organization’s branding, public relations, and corporate image.
•Coordinating with different departments to promote products and services effectively.
•Organizing promotional events, campaigns, health camps, and outreach programs to attract customers and improve visibility.
•Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective promotional activities.
•Analyzing marketing performance and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness, customer response, and sales growth.
•Maintaining relationships with clients, media agencies, and business partners.
•Supervising the marketing team and providing guidance to achieve organizational goals.
•Developing customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
•Ensuring all marketing activities follow organizational policies and ethical standards.
