BigMonks Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Google Maps, LinkedIn, Apollo, referrals, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM tools.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or software services is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in IT sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
