- heck-In & Check-Out: Greet guests, assign rooms, and handle keys.
- Guest Support: Answer questions about the hotel and local area
- Phones & Bookings: Manage the phone lines and respond to guest inquiries
- Daily Tech: Update guest lists and coordinate with the other departments.
- Payments: Process bills and handle basic cash/card transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally, escalating to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an organized front desk area and accurately update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
