The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and project requirements. The role includes supervising manpower, coordinating with clients and contractors, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Allocate duties and manage workers, operators, drivers, and technicians.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Inspect work progress and resolve on-site operational issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets.
- Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
