The Role
We're hiring a Recruiter to help us attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across marketing, sales, operations, client success, and technology roles.
You'll own the hiring process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.
This is a high-impact role because every great hire directly contributes to our growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Social media, Referrals, Other sourcing channels
- Create and publish job descriptions and hiring campaigns
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment databases and documentation
- Track hiring metrics:
Applications received Interviews scheduled Offer-to-join ratioTime-to-hire
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns. Must-Have Requirements
- 1– 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Experience hiring for multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates beyond just resumes
- Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines
- Ability to maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
Good-to-Have
- Experience recruiting for digital marketing or agency roles
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of performance marketing, SEO, Ads, or tech roles
- Experience hiring for remote and hybrid positions
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
