We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our four wheeler dealership in Palakkad. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, follow-ups, customer feedback, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update customer databases and enquiry records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
- Arrange customer feedback and satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery and service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Inform customers about offers, exchange programs, finance schemes, and service reminders.
- Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports.
- Support customer engagement activities and dealership events.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain dealership standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
