Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining bar standards, and delivering excellent guest service in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, and other beverages
- Ensure smooth bar operations during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the bar area
- Interact with guests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Suggest and upsell beverages to guests
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and alcohol service regulations
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for efficient service
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Bartender in hotel/lounge/restaurant
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment
- Strong communication and guest handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude, grooming, and teamwork skills
