Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Intern to support our Business Development team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B/ B2C Sales, Lead Generation, customer engagement, and AV technology solutions. The intern will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers across Corporate, Education, and Government sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and client appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly business development targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn B2B/ B2C sales and technology products.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, or related field).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage.
