Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.
- Process bills and collect payments when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a server in a café, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
