Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to handle and manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming property leads and sales follow-ups
- Guide and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details
- Coordinate and conduct client site visits
- Maintain strong client relationships and regular communication
- Convert leads into bookings/sales and ensure deal closures
- Handle negotiations and assist in documentation process
- Track lead status, sales reports, and CRM updates
- Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and management
Requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Experience in real estate sales and team handling preferred
- Good knowledge of property sales and client management
- Ability to manage leads from inquiry to final closure
