Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch / Operations Manager to lead branch operations. This role requires strong expertise in operations management, finance, logistics, and commercial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations including logistics, inventory, procurement, banking, administration, and local purchases
- Oversee accounting and financial activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management
- Handle commercial documentation including quotations, invoices, import/export records, and customer correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams locally and internationally to ensure operational alignment
- Support sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client delivery and after-sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and banking partners
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for head office
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a branch operations or operations management role
- Experience in scientific, laboratory, or technical supply industries is preferred
- Prior experience in structured markets such as UAE, India, or similar regions is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
