Store Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the store.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and luxury store standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.
- Build relationships with high-value customers and corporate clients.
- Organize promotional activities, festive campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Build a loyal customer base through personalized service and follow-ups.
4. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise showroom staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Motivate employees to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and product availability.
- Coordinate periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper handling of high-value jewellery items.
6. Financial Management
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash management.
- Review financial reports and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Prepare sales forecasts and operational reports for management.
7. Compliance & Security
- Ensure adherence to jewellery industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain security protocols for jewellery, cash, and customer valuables.
- Coordinate with security personnel and surveillance teams.
- Ensure compliance with GST, hallmarking, and other statutory requirements.
8. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for stock procurement and product availability.
- Monitor product quality and timely deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
9. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
