Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Identify and generate new business leads through telephonic conversations and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage).
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
