Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Production Assistant based in Pune to support the planning, coordination, and execution of content shoots and production activities.
This role requires someone who understands production environments, can manage logistics independently, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure shoots run smoothly from preparation to execution. In addition to production responsibilities, the candidate should possess adequate cinematography skills and be comfortable operating cameras independently when required on certain shoots.
The ideal candidate should be capable of supporting both the operational and creative aspects of production while working closely with content teams, creators, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of content shoots, campaigns, and production activities.
- Manage production logistics including equipment, props, locations, schedules, permissions, and talent coordination.
- Support shoot-day operations and ensure smooth execution of production requirements.
- Operate cameras and capture footage independently when required.
- Coordinate with creators, clients, vendors, production crew, and internal teams throughout the production process.
- Maintain production equipment, inventory, and shoot documentation.
- Identify and resolve on-ground production challenges to ensure efficient shoot execution.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content production, media, events, film, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and shoot operations.
- Adequate cinematography skills with the ability to independently operate professional camera equipment.
- Familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio setups, and production gear.
- Experience coordinating shoots, managing logistics, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and production documentation.
