Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials, construction products, or related sectors, with a strong ability to develop client relationships, generate business, and achieve sales targets. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving regional sales objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+years of sales experience in the construction, building materials, cement, steel, tiles, paints, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
