Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Telugu and Computer Science lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Telugu through interactive teaching methods.
- Teach foundational computer concepts, including computer basics, MS Office, typing skills, internet safety, and age-appropriate digital literacy.
- Integrate technology into classroom teaching to enhance student learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation, creativity, and collaborative learning.
- Foster discipline, respect, and responsible digital citizenship among students.
- Ensure proper use and care of computers and other classroom resources.
Student Development
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide remedial guidance.
- Encourage participation in language-based competitions, computer activities, and school events.
- Promote critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Parent Communication
- Regularly update parents regarding students' academic progress and behaviour.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide constructive feedback.
School Responsibilities
- Participate in school assemblies, celebrations, annual functions, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Perform arrival, dispersal, corridor, and other assigned supervision duties.
- Maintain classroom displays, student portfolios, and subject-related records.
- Support admissions, orientation programmes, and school promotional activities whenever required.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and interdisciplinary activities.
Professional Development
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programmes.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies, educational technology, and curriculum changes.
- Continuously improve subject knowledge and classroom practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telugu, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Experience teaching primary classes is preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and digital skills.
Key Skills
- Excellent Telugu language proficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
