Job Summary:
MyG Future – TIRUVALLA is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, patient, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage incoming customer calls
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues
- Provide product/service information clearly and confidently
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Working Hours:
- Between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Maximum)
- Weekly off as per company policy
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
