Operate and set up bending machines.
- Read engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Supervise operators and helpers.
- Monitor production targets and quality standards.
- Perform dimension checks using measuring tools.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain machine upkeep, safety, and 5S practices.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- 5-8 years of sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of CNC/NC Press Brake operations and drawing reading.
Skills: Leadership, troubleshooting, quality focus, communication, and team management.
Preferred Experience: Elevator doors, car panels, landing doors, frames, COP/LOP panels, and
structural brackets
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
