- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Property Showings: Organizing and conducting site visits, open houses, and property tours to showcase features to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to achieve favorable results and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Staying updated on local property market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide expert advice to clients.
- Documentation Support: Coordinating with legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth, compliant transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (0–3+ years).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate property benefits and negotiate effectively.
- Target-Oriented: A self-motivated, result-driven mindset to consistently achieve monthly or quarterly targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and legal procedures.
