Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product listings, order management, sales optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
- Manage marketplace promotions, offers, campaigns, and discounts.
- Track sales performance, inventory, and marketplace metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, trends, and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant e-commerce experience preferred.
