We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to handle in-store sales and promotional activities for our Natural Farm Food Products. The role involves interacting with customers in retail outlets, shopping malls, and exhibitions, setting up product displays, and driving sales during promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach customers in retail stores, malls, and exhibitions to promote products
- Explain product benefits and conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Set up and manage product stalls, displays, and promotional booths
- Support planning and execution of in-store and exhibition promotions
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets during events and store activities
- Track and report daily sales performance and customer feedback
- Maintain basic records of sales and promotional activities
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth event execution
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages preferred: Telugu, Hindi, English
- Confidence in talking to customers and presenting products
- Basic sales skills (upselling, closing sales)
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or promotional activities
- FMCG or field sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in the field (stores, malls, exhibitions)
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during events
