Position: Sales Officer

Role Overview
The Field Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing retailer relationships, ensuring product availability, and supporting distribution growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Visit retailers, distributors, and wholesalers regularly to take orders.

Educate retailers on product features, promotions, and schemes.

Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the ASM.

Support in execution of trade promotions and market activations.

Follow up for collections and ensure timely payments from retailers.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10th
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/ General Trade.

Freshers with strong interest in General Trade may also be considered.
