Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily administrative, operational, and business activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth communication, effective scheduling, and efficient execution of tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and action items.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events.
Executive Assistance
- Assist the MD in strategic planning and day-to-day business operations.
- Conduct research and gather information for business decisions.
- Prepare business correspondence and official communications.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Manage logistics for business meetings and corporate events.
- Handle expense reports and travel documentation.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and executive matters.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or directors.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and corporate protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
