Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, managing key client relationships, and coaching the sales team to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to build a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
