Job Summary:
Incheon Kia is hiring customer-focused Service Advisors for our automobile service centers across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to manage customer service operations efficiently.
Eligibility :
- Experience: 0–7 Years
- 25–35 Years age
- 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduation
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements
- Create job cards and explain service/repair details clearly
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for vehicle repair work
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle service documentation and billing coordination
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Ensure quality service standards are met
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
