Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for understanding user behavior, creating visually appealing interfaces, and collaborating with development teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Improve existing products by analyzing user feedback and usability metrics.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all applications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe XD (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
- Candidates from Design, Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields are preferred.
- Freshers with strong portfolios and project experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience designing dashboards, mobile applications, SaaS products, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
