Role Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented individuals who are genuinely interested in sales and ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow their career with us. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and digital platforms
- Meet potential customers and explain solar solutions clearly
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
- Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do field work
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Two-wheeler preferred
