About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Placement Training Coordinator to prepare students for successful careers by enhancing their interview skills, professional communication, and overall job readiness. The ideal candidate will mentor students throughout their placement journey while coordinating with recruiters and employers to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare students for campus placements and job interviews.
- Conduct interview preparation sessions, including HR interview guidance and basic technical interview readiness.
- Organize mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and professional communication.
- Mentor students in developing confidence, presentation skills, workplace etiquette, and employability skills.
- Counsel students on career opportunities, job roles, and industry expectations.
- Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and interview schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring partners, and corporate organizations.
- Track student progress, interview performance, and placement records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA (HR), or any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and counseling abilities.
- Good organizational, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Passion for student development and career guidance.
- Certifications in HR, Recruitment, Career Counseling, or Training will be an added advantage.

- Confident in conducting training sessions and mock interviews.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
