Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Industrial Lubrication Oil & Grease Distributor (3-4 Years Experience)

Job Summary: We are a leading distributor of Industrial lubrication oil and grease products, seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive with 3-4 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding the client base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves promoting and selling our range of lubrication products to industries such as manufacturing, automotive, construction, and other heavy machinery sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Industrial lubrication oils and greases within the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s range of lubrication products to new and existing clients, including manufacturing plant and other industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, Plant Heads, Maintenance Teams, Purchasing Managers, to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs, providing feedback and insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential and existing clients, highlighting product benefits, applications, and advantages over competitors.
- Provide technical support and consultative services to customers, offering product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance as required.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management, ensuring a transparent and data-driven approach to sales.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and expand professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor/Diploma degree in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the distribution of industrial lubrication oils and greases or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication products, their applications, and the needs of the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with Plant Heads, Maintenance Teams & Purchase Managers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and develop business.
