A Maintenance Plumber is responsible for installation, repair, and upkeep of plumbing systems, along with supporting WTP operations and fire pump systems to ensure smooth facility functioning and safety.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipelines, fittings, and fixtures
- Fix leakages, blockages, and drainage issues
- Maintain water supply systems, sewage lines, and tanks
- Support WTP (Water Treatment Plant) operations and basic maintenance
- Monitor water quality and assist in chemical dosing systems
- Maintain pumps, valves, pipelines, and water storage systems
- Operate and check fire pump systems (main pump, jockey pump, diesel pump)
- Ensure fire hydrant and sprinkler lines are in working condition
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
- Attend breakdown complaints and emergency issues
- Maintain records and daily logs
- Follow safety standards and coordinate with facility tea
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
