Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Organize calendars and ensure timely reminders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle emails, calls, and general communication on behalf of the executive
2. Coordination & Planning
- Arrange travel (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
3. Personal Assistance
- Assist with personal errands and tasks when required
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Provide support in both professional and personal matters
4. Office Management Support
- Monitor office supplies and place orders
- Support administrative processes and office operations
- Assist in preparing budgets and expense reports

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Time management and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting senior management is an advantage
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
