Job Description:
EarlyVentions is looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our Varthur center. If you love working with young children and are passionate about early childhood education, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain daily records of student progress and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents and center leadership
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Montessori/NTT/ECCE certification preferred
- Prior experience in a preschool or childcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a cheerful personality
- Fluency in English
