About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design, branding, and user experience. You will be responsible for creating engaging marketing creatives while also designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging visual assets for social media campaigns, advertisements, websites, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Prepare print-ready and digital design files as required.
UI/UX Design
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Improve user experience by applying usability principles and responsive design standards.
- Conduct competitor research and recommend design improvements for enhanced user engagement.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, development, content, and product teams to deliver creative assets within deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
- Maintain organized design files, reusable components, and project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects is mandatory.
