About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Content Strategist who understands what makes content viral, shareable, and highly engaging.
This is not just a content-writing role. You will be responsible for identifying viral opportunities, developing content strategies, creating strong hooks, and turning ideas into content that drives views, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies focused on virality, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds, creators, and content patterns.
- Analyse viral content on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop compelling hooks, concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas.
- Identify why certain content performs well and apply those insights to future content.
- Create content calendars based on trends, audience interests, and business goals.
- Work with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute content.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimise strategy based on data.
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and content angles.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media and viral content trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to identify what can make content click-worthy and shareable.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Ability to write strong hooks and engaging content.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and content creation.
- Freshers with exceptional content skills and a strong portfolio are welcome.
